Our client designs optical sorting machines integrating the latest technology to provide innovative and affordable solutions to their customers.

The company operates globally and has offices in Europe, North America and Asia. It  already has machines installed in the Benelux region and is looking at reinforcing its presence.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage existing customers relationship and develop new business
  • Define and implement a strategy to enable the company to exceed customer expectations and accelerate business growth
  • Work with Marketing to develop and implement key selling initiatives
  • Liaise with the R&D Department regarding future products development
  • Lead Customer Service team to exceed customer expectations

Skills required

  • Experience selling large capital equipment
  • Experience in complex and long sales cycles
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully growing and managing a territory
  • Experience conducting successful consultative and solutions-oriented sales
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent english and flemish, French would be a bonus
