Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, worldwide, you will be running the operations in North American and will manage a team of 12 people.

Your will be required to be the driving force behind the implementation of the customer service strategy and our role will be to drive the company’s growth in North America.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategy to increase market shares and improve brand recognition
  • Manage team and increase company’s revenue
  • Supervise the North American team to achieve targets and business objectives
  • Liaise with HQ in France
  • Increase customer loyalty and win new business
  • Maintain and improve customers satisfaction
  • Keep the existing customers satisfied by monitoring and managing the resources of the organization
  • Travel from time to time to meet the main clients in order to discuss their technical requirements and understand their needs

Profile

  • Native French speaker or excellent skills in written and spoken French
  • Fluent English
  • Graduated from an engineering school, (ENSAM, ICAM, INSA, ENI,…), Master of Science in
    Engineering (mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, optical, electronical,…)
  • Previous experience in the United States
  • Experience in an industrial environment
  • Strong business acumen, commercially aware and customer focus
