To support its growth and to manage its existing UK team, our client is recruiting a Field Service Team Leader.
Role
- Growth, engagement and development of the team
- Provide guidance to the team for installation, maintenance and repair
- Supervise the team to achieve service KPI goals
- Support the team onsite when required
- Provide continuous motivation to share and implement the requests and directions of service management with the team
- Visit customers in the UK to install, repair and help customers with performances when required
