To reinforce its europen customer service team, our client is recruiting a technician passionate about technology and looking for a challenging role. Our client provides regular training to maintain skills at a high level and to allow technicians to keep improving.
Key responsabilities
- Coordination and supervision of sub-contractor site activities
- Installation, commissioning and start-up of the machines
- Diagnostics and repair of equipment failures, order and replace parts as needed
- Maintain and improve the performance of the machine and service operations
- On-site training of customer employees
Skills required
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills
- Optical technology knowledge would be a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair
- Customer satisfaction oriented
- Knowledge of french language, knowledge of flemish language is a plus
